Phil Bianca is CEO and President. With over 35 years of experience relating to equipment financing, private equity, venture capital, and real estate financing, Phil brings a level of expertise and leadership unique to this vast industry. Understanding the full range of elements necessary to build a thriving global financial company has allowed US Finance, Inc. to have an extensive portfolio of innovative and creative financial solutions as well as comprehensive consulting services for its clients.
Forming an exclusive global commercial financing program for the Whirlpool Corporation, partnering and piloting a transportation financing program for Case Credit; now part of New Holland and merged by parent Tenneco with International Harvester, and forming the leasing arm of a major banking institution now owned by BMO Harris Bank are all part of Phil's portfolio.
